Let’s get you comfortable in the gym, shall we? We’re talking smart, scientific, superbly organized, high intensity training. The journey to summer sexy begins.

Allow us to formally introduce you to circuit training. Your workouts are going to get sweatier and more aggressive. The cardio is all about more work and less rest. If Phase 1 felt reasonable, this is when things get a little unruly.

We’re half way to the finish line, which means you’re now capable of lifting some LEGIT weight. The goals is to build upon the foundation of the first 6 weeks. You’re rest periods are HALF as long as Phase 1. This is where your body really starts to change.

The home stretch. You’re strong and getting stronger. You’re lean and getting leaner. Lots of surf specific training involved here with an emphasis on moving explosively. This training is a serious challenge, but the reward is absolutely worth it.

Q: Who would get the most out of BeachFit?

BeachFit is going to be effective for ANYONE who wants to get shredded for summer, but it will be especially powerful for folks who love the hell out of cardiovascular training but haven’t spent much time with resistance training.

Q: There seems to be a surfer mentality to BeachFit. Can you tell me more about that?

Absolutely. We love surfing and we love the surfer’s perspective – generally laid back but still able to rip a wave…easy, cool but uber athletic. It’s hard to talk about getting a beach body without embracing the ways of the water people.

Q: Can you get a little more specific about the programming?

Fo sho. We’ve outlined each of the 4 meso-phases in the “What’s Inside?” section up above.

Q: Any specific equipment needed?

A lot of effort was put into making the program interesting without making it too complex. So all of the equipment is standard issue gym shwag – DB’s, BB’s, KB’s, cable stacks, physioballs, etc. We’ve also included a HOME GYM version of each phase which can be done with only a set of dumbbells and some running shoes.
